Facilitated leadership sessions
Guided learning blocks led by experienced facilitators throughout the program.

Sweet Grass Co. delivers a structured, small-group leadership program in a rural Alberta learning environment. Participants engage in facilitated sessions, applied activities, team-based projects, and guided personal development across five consecutive days.
Each component is designed to develop practical, transferable leadership skills.

Structured personal reflection that supports self-awareness and growth.
Real-world applied projects that develop initiative, responsibility, and follow-through.
