Your information

When you complete the reflection, we store your answers, the four landscape scores they produce, and a private, randomly generated link so your result can be reopened. You do not need to give an email address to see your full result.

If you ask us to email your result, we store the first name you provide (optional) and your email address, and we record that you asked us to send it.

Consent to receive occasional marketing emails is a separate, unticked choice. Your result is emailed whether or not you tick it, and you can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. We store the payment reference, the status of the purchase, the email address used, and the snapshot generated from your quiz answers so it can be re-sent or reopened.

Quiz results and snapshots are stored privately. They are not readable by other visitors, are not listed anywhere public, and are reachable only through the unguessable private link created for you. Search engines are instructed not to index result pages.

When you contact us or join a waitlist, we receive your name, email address and message by email so we can reply.

We measure how many people start the quiz, complete it, request an emailed result, and purchase a snapshot. These measurements never include your answers, your result content, your name or your email address.

You can ask us to send, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing sweetgrassseminars@gmail.com. We keep quiz results only for as long as they are useful for delivering and re-sending your result, and we delete them on request.

Everything on this website, including the quiz and the Snapshot, is educational leadership development. It is not therapy, counselling, diagnosis, personality testing or employment assessment, and it does not produce a permanent label.
